Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging Zelvox Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients and website visitors.
2. Our services
Zelvox Ltd provides business growth services including lead generation, outreach campaigns, business automation, growth strategy and AI assistant services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Payment
- All services are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
- All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
4. Cancellation
All services are month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partially used months.
5. Results
While we work diligently to deliver the outcomes agreed, we cannot guarantee specific results as these depend on factors including your market, product, offer and responsiveness. We will always act in your best interests.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All work product created by Zelvox Ltd for you becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Our proprietary methods, systems and tools remain our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
